Now that you've learned how to create activities, be sure to document the purpose and outcome of your visits and phone calls!

- Add a note to an activity
- Add a note to a contact from the details page
Remember: Notes can be added to an activity at any time.
As a best practice, it is recommended that notes be added at the time of creation to document the reason for the visit, or what you hope to accomplish during the visit.
It's also very important to add a note before or after you mark the activity complete to document the outcome of your visit.
Please note that a facility or contact must be associated to the activity before notes can be added.
