Trella Health's mobile application works best when it is up to date. When reaching out to the Trella Health Support team, they will likely ask which version of the app is installed to make sure that it is the most recent version available. To find out which version of the mobile app is installed on an Apple (or iOS) smartphone or tablet, follow these steps:
- Log into the Trella Health Edge mobile app using your email address and password.
- Tap the Menu icon in the top left of the main screen.
- Scroll down the menu to the About option and tap to select it.
- The Version should be listed on the resulting screen.
To return to another screen within the mobile app, tap the Menu icon again, then tap the name of the page that you would like to navigate to.
