Bulk Assigning Referral Sources from Market Insight

Managers have the ability to bulk assign targeted providers found in Market Insights to specific direct reports.

Filter the data table in Market Insights to your specific requirements, in this example, the data has been filtered on Raleigh.

To bulk select providers:

• Click on the first provider you wish to add
• Hold the shift key
• Click the last provider you wish to add

Click the Manage button, and select Assign.

A list of your direct reports will display.

You may select one or more direct reports.

Notice the message confirming the providers you selected have been added to the Book of Business.  This message will display on the right corner or your computer screen. 

The Book of Business icon has been added to the targeted providers in Market Insight to indicate ownership.
