This article walks through resetting the Trella Health mobile application on both iOS devices and Android devices.
Resetting the application is an alternative to deleting and reinstalling the applications. Those users that have company provided mobile devices with a mobile device manager can use this as an alternative to reinstalling the app. It can be used as a troubleshooting step to correct extended sync times. Prior to completing the steps below, complete a sync on your mobile device. Failing to complete a sync prior to resetting the application could result in loss of data.
Resetting mobile applications
- Tap the Menu in the top right corner of the Home screen
- Tap the Settings at the bottom of the list.
- Tab the Reset at the bottom of the page.
- A message will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to reset the application?". Tab Reset.
