Having the ability to focus your key accounts is important. Advanced filter options are available in Trella Health Edge.
The video below has been created to help you understand advanced filter options available on the Accounts page, or the following documentation will walk you through the same information.
Advanced Filter Options
When the Filter option is selected, Advanced Filters options come into play. Filter options include:
- Owner
- Specialty
- Next Activity
- Last Activity
- Order Volume
Filter on Owner
To filter by Owner click on the + button to display a list of possible owners
A second (or third) owner may be selected by clicking the + button again and choosing from the drop-down list
Filter on Specialty
To filter on Specialty click on the + button to display a list of possible Specialties.
Note: The list of specialties is sourced from "Client Defined Lists" and Market Insight
Additional specialties can be selected by clicking the + button
Filter on Activities
You may want to see how many of your accounts have had a recent visit by you. Or, how many of your accounts have an activity scheduled in the near future.
To see all accounts that have an activity scheduled
Select the drop-down arrow to display a list of time frames
Choose the time frame you wish to filter on
To view all accounts that have had a recent visit.

Choose the time frame you wish to filter on
Order Volume
Another way you can choose to look at your accounts is by Order Volume. It's a good idea to look at your accounts by order volume on a consistent basis. If the order volume of an A-rated account begins to fall, you may need to plan to visit that account more often to solidify that relationship.
Click on the Filter by Order Volume button to activate your options
- In the last 30 days
- In the last 90 days
Apply your filters!
Once you have made your filter options, click the Apply button to apply your filters to the accounts data displayed on the Accounts page.
