Quick Filters or sorting options are available to help you navigate your accounts with ease.
The video below has been created to help you understand quick filter options available on the Accounts page, or the following documentation will walk you through the same information.
There will be times when you want to focus on just the Contacts in your account as opposed to Contacts and Facilities.
You also have the option to focus on accounts in your territory or the accounts that you are committing your time to, that reside in your Book of Business.
As you have already learned, an account is either a contact or a facility.
Accounts on the accounts page have been sourced from either Market Insight or integration with your organization's electronic health record database. Keep in mind that contacts and/or facilities sending you orders need to be added to your Book of Business (BoB) if you are maintaining or building a business relationship with them. When an account is in your BoB, your name displays in the "Owners" column on the account page.
Note: Contacts and facilities can be manually created as well.
Always make sure you do a Global Search for the contact or facility you wish to add prior to manual creation. Searching prior to manual creation of contact or facility will help you avoid creating duplicates in your Trella Health Edge account.
Book of Business (BoB) contacts and facilities, plus contacts and facilities that are sending you orders/referrals (integrated clients only) will be displays on the accounts page. Contacts and facilities in your defined territory will also display here whether they are owned by another team member or have no ownership at all.
All Accounts
Quick filters give you the ability to sort the accounts being displayed on this page by selecting the All Accounts drop-down arrow.
The page defaults to display All Accounts. If you want to inspect a select group of accounts, you can choose to look at only accounts in your BoB or only accounts in your defined territory.
The data displayed in the grid below will align with your selection.
All Types
The option to sort further is available by selecting the All Types drop-down arrow.
What type of accounts do you want to inspect, Contacts or Facilities? All Types is the default setting.
