Whether the focus is to build a referral base, or improve existing relationships, planning out your week is foundational for success.
There are two kinds of Activities, To Dos and Events
A To Do does not require a start or end time. Its an activity that doesn't need to be done on a specific day and time. It can be saved with or with out a due time.
Think of an Event as a traditional meeting.
Activities can be created on Web or Mobile, as either single occurrences, or as a recurring series. This allows the user to set up one-off meetings, as well as set events for facilities and contacts that they will call upon regularly (such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Trella Health strongly suggests that users set up recurring Events, or To Dos, whenever possible. This practice will minimize input time on a daily basis. Instead of creating activities daily, or for a week at a time, users that create recurring activities can simply add notes to the existing Event or To Do and move on.
In this video, I'm going to create an Event.
