- Physicians
- RN's
- Physicians Assistant
- Case manager
All contacts are viewable from the Accounts page and can be added or removed from your Book of Business.
Note: Contacts can be imported through an integration with your agency’s electronic health records and/or through Market Insight. NPI numbers are utilized to help eliminate duplicates.
Contacts can also be manually created.
Facilities
In Trella Health Edge, a facility represents a physical location a marketer may want to visit. Examples of a facility would be a clinic or hospital. All facilities are viewable from the Accounts page and can be added or removed from your Book of Business.
Facilities on the Accounts page are imported through an integration with your agency’s EHR and/or through CMS market data. NPI numbers are utilized to help eliminate duplicates.
Activities
Activities are an important part of Trella Health Edge and are used to not only schedule meetings but they can also be used to monitor productivity and calculate the return on investment (ROI) of a referral source. Trella Health Edge allows you to create, edit & complete activities quickly and easily in a way that is meaningful to you. Automatic syncing with the mobile app keeps you up to date and decreases the need to document “after the fact” or transpose hand written notes into the application after meetings.
To help you get credit for all activities you do, and have the application work more like you need it to. There are two types of activities: ToDo’s and Events.
Events are scheduled activities that require a start and end time like an actual scheduled meeting. All Events require a start date, and a start and end time.
ToDo’s are meant to represent things that need to get done and may not have a specific date/time. An example of a ToDo would be to call a specific prospect this week. It just needs to get done this week, but there is no specific date or time. Dates and times are optional in Trella Health Edge when creating a ToDo.
Book of Business (BoB)
The Book of Business represents the actual contacts and facilities the marketing representative is currently targeting. Trella Health Edge has created the book of business so that users can quickly add and remove contacts and facilities at any time ensuring the list is up to date and manageable.
Notes
Documenting important information about a contact or facility has never been quicker. You can add a note any time, from anywhere - even the mobile application. Notes in Trella Health Edge are always stored under the contact or facility in reverse order so they are easily accessed for review by anyone with access to that contact.
Accounts
In Trella Health Edge, the Accounts tab is representative of contacts and facilities in a marketers book of business. Plus providers and facilities in a marketers defined territory. A marketers territory is defined by the administrator and typically is at the zip code, county, or state level. When you log into Trella Health Edge, the Accounts tab view will populate a map of your geographical territory and include all known providers and facilities on the map. A list view of the data populates below the map. Contacts and Facilities already in your book of business (BoB) are represented by a BoB icon. Organizations with integrated EHR data, will see order volume associated with contacts and facilities in the list view. Filters are available to help you quickly identify specific targets.
Patients
Referrals and Orders are typically done for a specific patient. To help you manage referrals and orders, Trella Health Edge lists them under the patient they actually belong to.
Orders
For the HME market an order represents a patient order for HME equipment. For organizations that have an integration with Trella Health Edge the orders are imported automatically. Marketing representatives are able to view patients with their order details and the referring provider information enabling quick access and referral management.
Team Tab (on web and mobile)
Managers typically have a hierarchy of team members they manage. To help with team visibility, managers automatically have access to all orders, performance metrics, and calendars of their representatives.
Reports
Trella Health Edge provides system generated reports representing typical best practice reporting needs. The reporting module is only available in the web application. Because the reporting module was designed specifically for post-acute care agencies administrators and managers can quickly generate custom reports helping them more efficiently manage the organization.
Market Insight
Market Insight is an optional feature available in Trella Health Edge. Market Insight contains detailed information about providers and facilities. These details include order volume data, patient population diagnosis data, referral patterns, organization market share, hospital readmission rates, and quality metrics. Claims data from Medicare and Commercial claims is used to provide provider patient volumes and diagnosis trends to help marketing representatives know what providers can benefit from the services offered by the agency. Market Insight provides a value proposition making it easier to gain referrals and market share.
