In addition to details you may find in the Patients or Reports tab, All Orders provides high-level visibility into the orders assigned to the reps within your reporting hierarchy.
These fields include:
- ORDER NUMBER
- PATIENT NAME
- ORDER STATUS
- ORDER CLASSIFICATION
- DATE ENTERED
- CREATED BY
- REFERRING PHYSICIAN
- REFERRING FACILITY
- BRANCH
- PRODUCT CODES
- OWNER
Each column can be sorted in ascending or descending order. Each column can also be filtered independently, so that you can zoom in easily on orders for a particular user, physician, code, or any combination of the above!
Orders can also be reassigned in bulk from this page, making historic updates or territory changes quick and easy!
Profile pages are available for any associated Patient, Facility or Physician. Clicking a hyperlinked profile will take you to the details for that record. Patient profiles contain order details provided from your EHR, including:
- ICD Codes and Descriptions
- WIP State
- Insurance Types
Notes associated to the patient, item details and historical details are also collected in the patient profile.
