There are circumstances that require a password reset. Not to worry, you're able to reset your password at any time.
Please be aware, due to HIPAA regulation, your account will automatically lock after 6 failed log-in attempts for a period of 15 minutes. During this time you may contact your organization's Trella Health Edge administrator to manually reset your password.
Please follow the step by step directions below to reset your password on your mobile device.
- From the Trella Health Edge log-in screen tap the Forgot Password link.
- You'll be presented with a screen to enter your Edge user log-in email address.
- The app will ask you to check your email for further instructions, Click OK
Below is an example of the email sent from Trella Health to re-set your password.
Open the email, click on the link. The link will bring you to the below screen asking you to enter a new password, and verify the new password you entered.
After you hit the Submit button your password will be re-set.
