There are circumstances that require a password reset. Not to worry, you're able to reset your password at any time. Please follow the step by step directions below.
Please be aware, due to HIPAA regulation, your account will automatically lock after 6 failed login attempts for a period of 15 minutes. During this time you may contact your organization's Edge administrator to manually reset your password.
From the Trella Health Edge log-in screen tap the Forgot Password link.
You'll be presented with a screen to enter your Edge user log-in email address.
After you enter your email address, the app will ask you to check your email for further instructions.
Below is an example of the email sent from Trella Health to re-set your password.
In the email, click on the link. The link will bring you to the below screen asking you to enter a new password and verify the new password you entered.
After you hit the Submit button your password will be re-set.
