App version must be 2.4.1 or above to access this functionality.
Introducing Quick Buttons
From your Home log-in screen, you are able to access your most frequently used actions with a click of a button improving work-flow performance.
- Add Activity
- Add Note
- Add Contact
- Add Facility
- Global search has also been added to the Home page
Plus, you'll be able to quickly view your schedule, and see where the day will be taking you:
- Yesterday
- Today
- Tomorrow
Improved Map performance
- Destinations for the day will display on the map with a grey pin
- Clicking on the pin will navigate you to your next scheduled activity from your current location
Having this visual will help you determine the best route for your day!
Click on the ellipses to access Contact/Facility information
- Total Distance (from your current location)
- Details (Details page)
- Step by step directions
Expanded functionality surrounding creating an Activity
Because you continually strive to expand your referral base, Trella Health Edge gives you the option to "create a new" Contact/Facility on the fly from within the Activity when you are adding a Contact or Facility to the Activity.
- Select Add Activity
- Click the drop-down arrow to search for a Contact or Facility you wish to add to the Activity
- When the list of contacts is presented, you can select a contact, utilize the Search, or click the + sign to create a New Contact
- The New Contact form will appear after the + sign is selected
- Once the form is complete, click Save and you'll be redirected back to the Activity
- The Contact you just created will display on the Activity
Note: Searching for the Contact you wish to add is highly recommended before creating a New Contact
Adding a Note to an Activity and need to include a referral source you just met? No problem!
The ability to "create a new" Contact/Facility is also available when adding a Note
- Select Add Note
- Click the drop-down arrow to search for a Contact or Facility you wish to add to the Note
- When the list of contacts is presented, you can select a contact, utilize the Search, or click the + sign to create a New Contact
- The New Contact form will appear after the + sign is selected
- Once the form is complete, click Save and you'll be redirected back to the Note
- The Contact you just created will display on the Note
