There are four ways to contact Trella Health support:
- Click the "Submit a request" link at the top right corner of this page to submit a question or troubleshooting request.
- Click on the "Chat Now" link in the bottom right corner of this page to connect with a Client Support Representative. If a representative is not available, submitting a chat will create a support ticket, and our team will respond to that ticket as soon as possible.
- Send an email to support@trellaedge.zendesk.com
- Call 1-866-930-6847, option 4, to leave a message. Your call will be returned within one business day.
Trella Health Support is available from:
• Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central
All inquiries received outside of business hours will be responded to on the next business day.
