We are happy to announce that the Accounts page is undergoing some design changes.
Not only will it be getting a new look and feel, but we are also adding additional functionality to this page over the next several weeks to make it more useful to our users. Once the transformation is complete, I will create a video surrounding the new and improved Accounts page.
Changes implemented so far:
Improved the process to load data to this page, to increase performance.
The page will now display accounts in a users Book of Business and Contacts and Facilities associated with the user or users organization within the confines of the user's defined territory in Trella Health Edge.
Several columns have been added to improve functionality:
- Book of Business column- BoB is indicated by the BoB icon
- Specialty
- Rating
- Order volume 30 days/90 days was condensed into one column-e.i. 28/91
- Last Activity & Next Activity
- Owners (this indicates Book of Business ownership)
- Source Column- Source of the data,
- Market data (Mkt)
- manually created (Usr)
- integrated data (EHR)
- Merged (Mgd)
The ability to Merge contacts is still available from the Accounts page, as well as the ability to filter on:
- Only Book of Business
- Territory
- Facilities
- Contacts
