A series of activities is a great way to notate things that occur on a regular basis. In creating a series, a user can decrease the amount of time spent entering activities. From time to time, these series to need to be updated to accommodate a new contact, an updated time or day of the week, or even a new purpose for the event. This article will walk you through the steps needed to make these changes.
Updating an Activity Series:
- Locate the activity on your calendar
- Click on the activity to edit or update
- Click on the three dots when the activity window appears
- Click Edit Series
- Make any necessary updates
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
When returned to the Activities page, the series will present the updates you've made.
