Market Insight
This session is a general review of the data that is available in Market Insight and how to use it to identify potential referral sources. Each Trella Health customer utilizes data that is applicable to their product line(s) - the data that will be reviewed may not be specific to your organization or territory but should provide a general overview of the information.
Administrator and Manager Permissions
System Administrator
This course is an overview of the system set up and maintenance of the Trella Health environment for System Admins. It will review best practices in setup, how to create and disable users, security roles and more.
Fundamentals of Reporting
This course reviews how best to manage a Sales team and their processes through Edge. We discuss how to effectively utilize the Activities and Team tabs, and give an overview of Dashboards and Reporting to ensure the Sales team is maximizing the system to track growth and provide insights.
Sales Rep CRM
Introduction to Edge Web & Mobile
This general course introduces marketers to the Edge web and mobile applications. It teaches the most efficient way to validate your Book of Business (BOB) and how to begin scheduling sales events for your referral sources.
Quick Tips & Marketer Reporting
This session builds upon the foundations in Sales Rep I & II by providing best practices for calendar management and documentation as well as ideas for building a reporting schedule.
