As a new user of Trella Health Edge, there are a few basic tasks to complete before starting the following training series. When you log in for the first time, be sure to:
- Accept the End User License Agreement (EULA)
- Change your password
- Access the Support link, and gaining access to the Help Center
If a user creates a troubleshooting ticket by contacting Trella Health Support before clicking the Support link to access the Help Center, they may not have access to the Help Center. The steps in this document ensure that access to the Help Center will be available for each user. If the Help Center does not appear to be available, the impacted user will be instructed to contact Trella Health Support to have this corrected.
